Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of CornerTend. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use CornerTend for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Purpose and eligibility
CornerTend is a tool for authorized owners and managers of a Google Business Profile. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and have authority to access and change every profile you connect.
Your account and instructions
You are responsible for your account, the security of your email and Google account, and all instructions submitted through your authenticated session or valid action links. You are responsible for reviewing reply text, business hours, and other changes before submitting them.
CornerTend posts replies or updates hours only in response to a user action. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of that content and for the operation of your Google Business Profile.
Acceptable use
You may not use CornerTend to access a profile without authorization, impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful or deceptive content, harass reviewers, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service in a way that violates Google's terms or applicable law.
Google and other services
CornerTend depends on Google Business Profile APIs and may depend on hosting, email, and payment providers. Google and those providers are independent third parties with their own terms and policies. Their changes, outages, enforcement decisions, or removal of access may limit CornerTend. CornerTend is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Subscriptions
When paid plans are offered, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Payment information is handled by the payment provider. Access to paid features may end when a subscription expires or is canceled.
Availability and changes
CornerTend is currently an early-stage service. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect users and infrastructure. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or comprehensive monitoring of Google Business Profile changes.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using CornerTend and revoke Google access at any time. You may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, a material breach of these terms, or protection of other users.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, CornerTend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for confirming that important profile changes were applied correctly.
To the extent permitted by law, CornerTend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or harm caused by a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms when applicable law permits.
